Located on the waste heap, the carpenter’s house has been erected as a replacement for the dismantled carpenter’s house formerly situated east of the shaft. The two-tiered building is designed as a brick filled half-timbered structure and topped by an extended gable roof covered with roofing felt. The flat upper storey is lined out with boards. Access is provided through several doors at its eastern side. The southern part features an attic for storing material.
