The waste heap of the Lichtloch IV (air shaft) is located left of the Reinsberger Dorfbach (creek). From the Eisenbahnstraße (street) it rises with its natural angle of slope and merges into the rising terrain at the south. The waste heap is free of vegetation in most parts. The surface buildings of the air shaft are placed immediately on top.
