Between Krupka and Horní Krupka, in the eastern part of the Steinknochen mining district, an old miners’ trail has been preserved which was used for transporting ore and accessing the mines. On the parapet near the trail, stones have been found dated to the years 1765 and 1894, but the trail must have been planted much earlier. Nowadays the trail is used as a shortcut by hikers who clime Komáříhůrka hill. Also it is part of a transboundary mining educational path. The Krupský potok creek, from which tin ore was panned goes along the trail.
