The three-storeyed Monhaupt town house (Petersstraße 46) was built around 1530. The entire front is dominated by four, immediately juxtaposed window posts.  The inscription slab with bible quote dates back to the year 1529. The entrance portal holds recesses for seating and the widow posts are countered.  The ground floor features an impressive, but currently from walls separated vault together with a late Gothic portal. The stairs to the upper storey show cross vaults. A particular feature of the house is given by the recess for seating inside the yard which is made of local quartz porphyr tuff.
