The administration and assembly building with integrated mine forge dates back to the year 1837 as given from the number in the door lintel. The massive two storey structure is made of rubble stone with plastered walls. The upper storey is located at the same level as the former pithead of the shaft. The door post at the upper storey shows the year date 1837. A sandstone slab with the Inscription “Huthaus zur Einigkeit Fundgrube” (administration and assembly building of the Einigkeit Fundgrube mine) sits immediately on top auf the door lintel. The ground in front of the house is laid out with large gneiss slabs as are parts of the building itself. Within the context of conversion into a museum, the original doors have been restored and windows were replaced in compliance with monument protection. The southern area is used as a garden and enclosed by a rubble stone wall.
